Terms & Conditions

1. The terms set out in this booking form are the total agreement between Nicola Anne Photography and the client. No variations or modifications of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
2. If for any reason (e.g. illness) we are unable to attend, a suitably qualified and experienced substitute photographer of our choosing will attend on our behalf. If for any reason a substitute cannot be sourced then the client is entitled to a full refund. Aside from that one instance the booking fee is non-refundable with no other exceptions.
3. If the package sold includes a second photographer who is unable to attend then the cost of that photographer will be deducted from the final balance.
4. A booking fee of one third the price of the wedding package is required to secure the date. This fee is non-refundable. The outstanding balance (plus the cost of any optional extras and mileage at 42p per mile if outside of Leeds area) is due before the DVD is despatched.
5. All image sizes are nominal (set - e.g. 6x4, 10x8 etc.) and will have a pleasing colour balance; the clients accept all photography is undertaken within technical limitations of the camera and of the conditions on the day.
6. Copyright of all images and image files (used or unused) remain the sole property of Nicola Anne Photography. However, if you purchase the disc, you are granted full copyright ownership to reproduce these images for yourself, your family and your friends but they may not be used for commercial purposes, without the prior agreement in writing from Nicola Anne Photography.
7. The photographer shall be granted complete artistic licence including in relation to poses photographed and locations used, which will of course be in consultation with the clients before the wedding.
8. The photographer shall be granted complete artistic licence to design and layout wedding albums with images chosen by the bride and groom.
9. Images taken may be used in print or electronic form (e.g. leaflets, Facebook company page, website) if desired by the photographer.
